Fish time!

Vis hoeft niet altijd duur te zijn! Er is ook goedkopere vis zoals pangasius. Deze is misschien wel goedkoop, maar daarom niet minder lekker als je hem goed klaarmaakt! Hierbij een receptje om pangasius te combineren met boontjes en tomaten. 

Ingrediënten:

2 personen

- 500g boontjes

- 2 stukken pangasius 

- 1 grote tomaat 

- Mayonaise

- Provinciale kruiden

- Peper en zout 

Bereidingswijze:

1. Kuis de boontjes, verwijder de punten en breek de lange bonen doormidden. 

2. Breng water aan de kook. 

3. Wanneer het water kookt, breng je de boontjes samen met wat zout aan de kook. 

4. Laat naar believen 4-10 minuten koken. 

5. Bak ondertussen de vis met wat boter en kruid goed met provinciale kruiden, zout en peper. 6. Giet vervolgens de bonen af en spoel ze met koud water om te voorkomen dat ze door hun eigen warmte verder garen. 

6. Breng een klontje boter in een pan en stoof de boontjes op een matig vuur. 

7. Kruid met zout en peper. 

8. Laat de boontjes afkoelen en snij ondertussen de tomaat in kleine stukjes. 

9. Neem een kom en meng de boontjes, tomaat en mayonaise. 

10. Serveer met de vis.

Fish does not always have to be expensive! There's also cheaper fish such as pangasius fish. This sort of fish might be cheap, but it's tasty if you prepare it properly! This is a recipe to combine the fish with beans and tomatoes.

Ingredients:

2 persons

- 500g beans
- 2 pieces of pangasius
- 1 large tomato
- Mayonnaise
- Provincial herbs
- Salt and pepper

Instructions:

1. Clean the beans, remove the tops and break the long beans in half. 
2. Let the water boil. 
3. When the water boils, bring the beans with a little salt into the water. 
4. Let it cook for 4-10 minutes. 
5. Meanwhile, fry the fish with butter and season well with provincial herbs, salt and pepper. 
6. Then drain the beans and rinse with cold water to prevent them from further yarn by their own heat. 
7. Put some butter in a pan and fry the beans. 
8. Season with salt and pepper. 
9. Let the beans cool down and cut the tomatoes into small pieces. 
10. Take a bowl and mix the beans, tomato and mayonnaise. 
11. Serve with fish.
